USLI Reporting Specialist – Assistant Director

About the role

The USLI Reporting Specialist will operate from the GDS Alliances Delivery Center, providing operational support for the EY alliance and collaborating with Finance to deliver comprehensive financial reporting and analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Produce extensive financial analysis of weekly, monthly and annual results and create customized revenue, sales and pipeline visualizations.
• Drive digital transformation of reporting using Power BI and SQL, developing a robust reporting infrastructure for global operations.
• Support opportunity management, prospect tracking and key‑wins reporting for alliance leadership.
• Administer partner tools and portals, manage access requests, certifications tracking and maintain reference material in SharePoint.
• Facilitate internal EY ecosystem meetings and coordinate with alliance partners on strategic projects and market development funds.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in financial reporting, analysis and stakeholder management, preferably in a professional services environment.
• MBA or equivalent university degree; project/program management certification is a plus.
• Proven ability to work across multiple geographies with cultural sensitivity and a global mindset.
• Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making and communication skills in English.
