Senior Financial Specialist

About the role

Join our organization as a Senior Financial Specialist and play an important role in shaping financial clarity across the company. You will partner with stakeholders to turn financial information into actionable perspectives for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Examine monthly financial statements and highlight insights that enable effective management decisions.
• Coordinate the annual budgeting cycle and forecasting activities while gathering and aligning contributions from relevant teams.
• Assess financial outcomes and projections by reviewing profit and loss data, variances, business impacts, historical trends, and market benchmarks.
• Communicate monthly financial performance updates and key messages to the Leadership Team.
• Respond to on‑demand requests for financial analysis, reports, and advisory support within a corporate function.
• Build tailored reporting tools and outputs for the specific needs of a corporate function.
• Streamline current reporting workflows by introducing improvements and automation opportunities.
• Act as a trusted financial partner by offering guidance for business planning and day‑to‑day operational choices.

Required profile

• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s qualification in Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
• At least three years of practical experience in finance, auditing, or both.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, including complex workbooks, visual charts, PivotTables and data summarisation.
• Familiarity with financial‑analysis methods and tools used to assess business results.
• Excellent prioritisation, analytical thinking and clear communication skills.
• Ability to create polished presentation materials in PowerPoint.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency (B2 level or above).
