About the role

Join PwC’s Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires as a Deals Capital Markets Senior Associate. You will provide strategic guidance on technical accounting, financial reporting, transaction structures, and capital markets topics, helping clients navigate complex mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructurings.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance on technical accounting and financial reporting for mergers, acquisitions and other business transformations.
• Advise clients on complex accounting advisory matters and capital‑markets topics to maximize transaction value.
• Develop and deliver financial modeling and capital‑market engagement solutions.
• Coordinate project management activities to ensure timely delivery of client solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and build strong client relationships.

Required profile

• At least a Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Pursuing or holding a Certified Public Accountant license.
• Fluent oral and written English.

• Technical accounting expertise (GAAP, IFRS).
• Financial reporting and regulatory knowledge.
