About the role

The Corporate Strategy Manager will support the Americas Growth & Strategy team in shaping the strategic direction for Accenture’s largest market. You will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, helping to develop growth, operational, and investment strategies.

Key responsibilities

Identify and structure complex business problems and test hypotheses.
Own research and analysis, interact with stakeholders, and interview subject‑matter experts.
Present recommendations to leadership and implement interventions while monitoring progress.

Required profile

Strong analytical capabilities, data fluency, and structured problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work independently, manage consulting teams, and collaborate across multiple entities.
Excellent relationship‑management and communication skills, with experience influencing senior leadership.

Required skills

Structured problem solving and analytical thinking.
Project management and research design.
Understanding of business drivers, value chains, and industry dynamics.
