Senior Financial Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Financial Specialist to ensure financial information provides a reliable foundation for the business. You will work with internal teams, turning complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate monthly financial reports, highlight key developments and communicate findings to leadership.
• Lead budget and forecast preparation by coordinating inputs from relevant teams.
• Analyse profit and loss, variance, trends and external benchmarks to assess business performance.
• Deliver monthly financial performance overviews to the Leadership Team.
• Respond to ad‑hoc corporate requests with financial analysis, reporting and expert advice.
• Design custom reports and automate workflows to increase reporting speed and reliability.
• Partner with stakeholders to provide financial input for short‑term activities and long‑term planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in finance, auditing or a related area.
• Strong proficiency with Excel for data manipulation, charting and PivotTables.
• Ability to apply financial evaluation frameworks and techniques.
• Effective planning, prioritisation, analytical judgement and stakeholder communication.
• Fluent English (B2 level or higher) in a professional setting.
