Senior Financial Analyst – Manufacturing (Portuguese Speaker)

About the role

The Senior Financial Analyst will support the financial performance of a manufacturing plant in Brazil, working remotely from the Global Business Center. The role partners with plant management and cross‑functional teams to drive profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee monthly closing, forecasting, budgeting and ad‑hoc reporting.
• Prepare cost accounting analyses, maintain internal controls and ensure SOX compliance.
• Lead annual standard‑cost updates and support capital investment evaluations.
• Collaborate with supply‑chain teams to identify savings and ROI opportunities.
• Develop standard work, improve processes and leverage digital tools such as Power BI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 3‑5 years of finance/accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, change‑management and communication skills.
• Experience with multiple ERP systems and complex financial environments.

• Proficiency in SAP.
• Power BI.
