Senior Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Designer to join our creative team. The role blends digital and print design, ensuring every deliverable meets the highest visual standards and aligns with brand direction.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Creative and Design Directors to develop impactful visuals for campaigns.
• Receive handoffs from Art Directors and finalize emails, direct‑mail packages, banners, image assets and mock‑ups.
• Maintain brand guidelines while proposing new visual styles and creative concepts.
• Translate business strategy into effective visual solutions for both internal and external audiences.
• Adapt, retouch and scale assets for digital and print production, ensuring pixel‑perfect files.
• Prepare design presentations for executives, clients and large events.
• Mentor junior designers and manage multiple projects with strong time‑management.

Required profile

• Strong eye for detail and ownership of quality across all deliverables.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, strategists and creative teams.
• Proven experience handling assets at scale and across multiple localizations.
