UX Designer – Platform (Remote – Argentina)

About the role

Remote position available for candidates based in La Plata, Bahía Blanca, CABA, Córdoba, Rosario, or Mendoza. Our collaborative design team creates intuitive, user‑friendly interfaces for a sophisticated SaaS platform, aiming to deliver the best experience for our customers. As a member of the UX team you will define guidelines, design systems and bring them to life within the product.

Key responsibilities

• Become an expert on the Avature product, its users and usage context, translating needs into usable experiences.
• Design new features from scratch, producing flows, wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity mockups, iterating with stakeholders.
• Investigate problems proactively, ask the right questions, identify gaps and propose alternative solutions.
• Maintain and evolve design guidelines, libraries and components that form the design system.
• Collaborate closely with product, functional analysts and development teams to define feasible, coherent solutions.

Required profile

• Strong foundations in visual design, composition, hierarchy, typography, color, spacing and attention to detail.
• Understanding of usability, accessibility, responsive behavior and design‑system constraints.
• Proactive, curious attitude with ability to work independently and embrace ambiguity.
• Intermediate English (B1) for internal communication.
