Semi Senior Designer – Digital & Print

About the role

We are looking for a Semi Senior Designer to create innovative visual assets across digital and print channels. You will work in a fast‑moving, forward‑thinking team, turning concepts into high‑quality designs while leveraging emerging AI tools to boost creativity and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop style proposals, mockups and prototypes for digital and print campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure designs meet client expectations and brand guidelines.
• Maintain pixel‑perfect execution across all formats and media.
• Design assets for social media, display, motion, POS, retail and marketing collateral.
• Integrate AI‑powered tools into the workflow to accelerate ideation and production.
• Stay updated on cultural and visual trends to produce relevant work.
• Contribute to pitch decks and support production teams during multi‑market rollouts.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience designing digital, print and advertising materials.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across static and motion formats.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, grid systems and storytelling.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams.
• Confidence presenting design decisions and an agile mindset.
