Senior Data Governance Analyst

About the role

Blend360 is looking for a Senior Data Governance Analyst to drive enterprise‑wide data governance initiatives, ensuring data quality, compliance, and effective metadata management.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end data governance processes and maintain documentation, standards, and procedures.
• Perform data analysis and profiling to identify quality issues and improvement opportunities.
• Manage metadata, documenting business and technical metadata across critical data domains.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools for data classification, tagging, PII discovery, and data masking.
• Monitor data assets for policy compliance, recommend corrective actions, and validate governance controls.
• Support AI‑assisted data retention, archival, and lifecycle management policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data governance, data management or business analysis.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Experience with data governance platforms such as Atlan, Collibra or Alation.
• Hands‑on AWS experience (S3, Glue, Lambda, AgentCore) and data masking via AI agents.
• Knowledge of PII discovery, confidence scoring, and metadata management.
• Familiarity with CoCo and Cortex is a plus.
