Senior Data Analyst (Remote – Argentina)

About the role

We are looking for a senior data analyst to drive data‑driven decisions for a fast‑growing e‑commerce subscription business. The role blends analytics, experimentation, and storytelling to influence growth, retention, and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and ad‑hoc analyses using Tableau, Snowflake, SQL, and Python.
• Analyze customer behavior, subscription performance, retention trends, and acquisition funnels.
• Lead hypothesis testing, A/B testing, regression analysis, and forecasting initiatives.
• Develop SQL/Python workflows, automate data pipelines with Airflow and dbt, and monitor data quality.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Merchandising, and Engineering to translate business needs into scalable analytical solutions.
• Convert complex data sets into clear executive‑level narratives and presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Analytics or a related quantitative field.
• 4+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
• 2+ years of experience providing technical guidance and working cross‑functionally.
