Senior Consultant – Total Rewards

About the role

Join EY Global Delivery Services as a Senior Consultant in the Rewards practice, supporting global clients in designing and implementing total‑reward strategies. You will work within a distributed team, delivering high‑quality advisory services across compensation, benefits, and incentive programs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide rewards advisory services and enhance EY’s practice offering.
• Deliver high‑quality work on global client projects, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Act as subject‑matter expert in compensation band design, market intelligence, benefits design, incentive pay, job evaluation, gender‑pay analysis, and annual compensation reviews.
• Identify trends, conduct research, and uncover compliance issues or performance‑improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with broader teams to up‑skill resources, lead smaller projects, and conduct surveys.
• Manage multiple projects in a dynamic, ambiguous environment.
• Maintain effective client communication and build strong relationships across global locations.

Required profile

• 4‑8 years of experience in Total Rewards or related consulting.
• Master’s degree in HR, MBA, or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
• Experience in total‑rewards transformation programs and working in globally distributed teams.
• Strong background in compensation benchmarking, rewards strategy, and incentive/benefits design.
• High integrity, proactive mindset, and ability to manage ambiguity.
