Senior Consultant - Rewards (Total Rewards)

About the role

EY Global Delivery Services is looking for a Senior Consultant with expertise in Total Rewards to join its Rewards team. The role sits in a global distribution team supporting clients in aligning HR functions with organizational strategy while prioritising employee experience, offering cross-functional, multi-industry and global work.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage experience in Rewards advisory services to strengthen the practice.
• Deliver high-quality work on global client projects and ensure quality, timeliness and accuracy of outputs.
• Become a subject matter expert in compensation pay band design, market intelligence, benefits design, incentive pay design, job evaluation and grading, gender pay gap, and annual compensation and incentive reviews.
• Research and analyse trends and market data to spot compliance issues and performance improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with wider teams to upskill resources, lead smaller projects and run surveys within defined scopes.
• Manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment and drive effective client communication across global locations.

Required profile

• 4-8 years of experience in Total Rewards or consulting.
• Master's degree in HR, a full-time MBA or an equivalent postgraduate degree.
• Experience in Total Rewards transformation programmes and in a global distributed team.
• Background in compensation and rewards benchmarking, rewards strategy and annual incentive/benefits design.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to produce insightful reports.
• Highly regarded as a plus: end-to-end Total Rewards knowledge, experience leading or taking part in multi-workstream transformation initiatives, and rewards-related certifications.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI dashboards, and other analytical tools.
• Ability to create insightful reports and present findings.
• Preferred: familiarity with AI, prompt engineering, data analytics and digital transformation.
