Senior Clinical Research Associate – Sponsor Dedicated (Remote, Argentina)

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to conduct on‑site and remote monitoring of clinical studies in Argentina. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with clinical standards, supporting trial execution, and mentoring junior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Perform monitoring visits, review protocols, case report forms and regulatory documents.
• Develop monitoring plans, checklists and SOPs to ensure quality.
• Audit trials, address compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
• Document monitoring activities, write reports and update study databases.
• Provide guidance to research teams and facilitate cross‑functional communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical research monitoring experience.
• Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA) or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with clinical trial management systems and related software.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and travel for on‑site monitoring.
