Senior Change Management Consultant

About the role

EY Global Delivery Services is looking for a Senior Change Management consultant to join its People Consulting (PC) team. The role suits someone who wants to be part of a leading global professional services organisation while contributing to the growth of the PC team.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high-quality deliverables through thorough internal review and secure strong feedback from clients and global project partners.
• Act as a subject matter expert in one or more areas of the HR functional domain.
• Drive effective client communication, set up regular contact rhythms and build relationships with clients and project partners across global locations.
• Support the development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, techniques and methodologies that strengthen change management and the practice's capability offering.
• Help leadership grow the practice through collaboration with EY global offices and demand generation for change management projects.
• Build the change management capability in partnership with parts of the GDS organisation and other EY member firms.

Required profile

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting HR transformation, digital strategy and ERP transformation projects from strategic design to implementation.
• Experience in a large transformation effort in a change management role driving business readiness and adoption.
• Experience managing and directing project team members.
• Experience developing content and applying it to enable a change program.
• Open to travel for approved client projects according to EY and country-specific travel guidelines.

Required skills

• Strong working knowledge of change management elements: change strategy and visioning, communication strategy, change impact and business readiness assessments, stakeholder management, training design and delivery, change network implementation and organization alignment.
• Ideally: APMG, PROSCI or equivalent certification; stakeholder workshop design, content curation and co-facilitation; communications strategy, planning and execution.
• Ideally: awareness of digital change enablers such as automation, gamification and advanced analytics; analytics tools such as SPSS, Power BI, R and Spotfire; HCM cloud platforms such as Oracle and SAP; project management; behavioural interventions for adoption and cultural change.
