About the role
The Senior Central Risk Manager (CRM) is the subject matter expert for protocol execution risk management, risk‑based monitoring (RBM) strategy and centralized monitoring within the project team. This role drafts the initial RBM strategy, collaborates with cross‑functional teams to assess risks, and adapts the strategy throughout the study lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and document the initial risk‑based monitoring strategy for clinical trials.
- Work with cross‑functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate protocol execution risks.
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to other CRMs as needed.
- Review and approve risk assessment and control tools (RACTs) when required.
Required profile
- Extensive experience in clinical trial risk management and centralized monitoring.
- Ability to work independently and perform tasks routinely without supervision.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional project teams.
