About the role

We are seeking a Senior Case Manager / Case Flow Lead to oversee case operations, lead a team of legal professionals, and ensure cases move efficiently from start to finish. This remote, full‑time position requires strong leadership and data‑driven decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

Lead and manage Case Managers, Legal Assistants, and support staff.
Conduct case review meetings, monitor case progression and track KPIs, productivity metrics, billable hours, and team performance.
Identify bottlenecks, improve workflows, and drive operational efficiency while ensuring retainer compliance and profitability.

Required profile

Previous experience leading and managing teams with direct reports.
Background in a law firm, legal operations, or case management environment.
Proven track record managing KPIs, productivity metrics, and team performance.
Strong leadership, coaching, and accountability management skills.

Required skills

Experience with case management systems such as Clio, Filevine, Litify, SmartAdvocate, MyCase or similar platforms.
