Senior Associate Identity & Access Management – Cybersecurity

About the role

Join PwC's Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires as a Senior Associate focusing on Identity & Access Management within the Cybersecurity practice. You will design and implement secure access solutions for employees and clients while collaborating with global advisory, assurance, tax, and business services teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement IAM strategies to protect sensitive information.
• Manage user identities and access controls using Azure Active Directory and other cloud‑based IAM solutions.
• Develop and maintain authorization management systems to meet compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to identify vulnerabilities and propose proactive solutions.
• Analyze complex data to provide insights and recommendations for improving security protocols.
• Guide and mentor junior team members in cybersecurity practices.
• Build and maintain client relationships to understand and anticipate security needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (any field).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent oral and written English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Azure Active Directory.
• Experience using CyberArk for privileged access management.
• Knowledge of identity governance and access management tools (e.g., SailPoint, Microsoft Identity).
• Strong analytical thinking for solving complex identity management challenges.
