Senior Associate - Americas Learning Delivery Specialist

About the role

This role is responsible for the deployment planning and delivery of in-person and virtual learning courses. It works directly with the Delivery Program Manager and Assistant Delivery Program Manager to create plans covering date forecasts, target audiences, classroom assignments, registration, instructor preparation, CPE documentation and budget management. Classroom-based learning also includes planning for accommodations and networking/social events.

Key responsibilities

• Create delivery plans for classroom-based or virtual courses with the Delivery Program Manager and Assistant Delivery Program Manager
• Develop forecasts with projected dates, locations and estimated number of classes and attendees
• Publish scheduled offerings and content in the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Determine class participants, timing, session counts and general course planning
• Manage class rosters and escalate where minimum attendee numbers are not met
• Work with Travel, Meeting & Events (TME) to choose event locations and social activities, and coordinate with Virtual Producers for virtual learning
• Liaise with TME and hotels to book sleeping rooms and meeting space, and with the Delivery Associate to arrange transport, social events, dinners and catering
• Monitor expenses for off-site venues, networking and ground transportation
• Ensure accurate awarding of credit to learners and facilitators, monitor class consumption and recommend improvements
• Manage several projects at once, make complex decisions and spot issues early

Required profile

• 2-5 years of learning or meeting and event services experience (learning preferred)
• Experience in HR in a professional services or corporate environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in a highly regulated environment
• Ability to work in a geographically dispersed team and with all levels of the organization

Required skills

• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors preferred
• Knowledge of EY's learning policies and practices preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication, project and time management, negotiation and mediation skills
• Attention to detail and strong financial skills for budgeting and cost allocation
