Senior Accountant (Remote for US clients)

About the role

We are looking for a self‑motivated Senior Accountant to join Floria Group’s Buenos Aires team and support US‑based clients. The role combines bookkeeping, month‑end closing and financial analysis while communicating daily in English with native speakers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the General Ledger, process payroll and execute month‑end closing for multiple customers.
• Automate recurring tasks using bookkeeping software and advanced Excel techniques.
• Extract, analyse and import transaction data from Stripe, Square, PayPal and other cloud payment platforms.
• Prepare cash‑flow models, budgets, forecasts and variance analysis.
• Identify trends, exceptions and errors in financial data and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the Outsourcing Specialist and team members to develop solutions for complex accounting challenges.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with solid knowledge of debits, credits, accruals and prepaids.
• Experience with foreign currency transactions and US‑based companies is a plus.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to manage several client accounts simultaneously and work independently.
