Search Advertising Specialist – E‑Commerce (Remote)

About the role

BlueTuskr is a full‑service e‑commerce growth agency seeking an SEM Specialist to own day‑to‑day execution of paid search campaigns for a portfolio of e‑commerce clients. Reporting to the SEM Lead, you will build, launch and optimise campaigns while gaining mentorship to become a true channel expert.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch and manage Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display and YouTube campaigns following the SEM Lead’s strategy.
• Handle daily account management tasks such as bid adjustments, budget pacing, keyword and negative keyword management, ad copy testing and audience management.
• Execute testing frameworks, report results and flag account issues or under‑performance early.
• Pull and maintain performance reporting, monitor KPIs (ROAS, CPA, spend pacing) and support the SEM Lead with data and insights for client calls and QBRs.
• Collaborate with Paid Social, Accounts and Project Management to stay aligned on client priorities and bring platform updates or new ideas to the SEM Lead.

• Microsoft Ads (exposure).
• Asana and Slack (project management and communication tools).
