Director, Paid Search

About the role

Brainlabs is seeking a Director of Paid Search to lead the delivery of high‑impact campaigns for major brands. You will be the senior escalation point, drive practice initiatives, and collaborate closely with the Head of Practice on resource management and new business.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of paid search campaigns, ensuring they meet quality and timing standards.
• Lead and develop the Paid Search best‑practice roadmap, driving continuous improvement.
• Manage resources effectively and contribute to new‑business pitches.
• Adopt and champion technology, automation, and process optimisation to enhance delivery.

Required profile

• 6+ years of paid‑search delivery experience with a proven track record of campaign optimisation.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to provide client‑focused solutions.
• Confident communicator with excellent presentation, data‑analysis and reporting abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, methodical and process‑driven, with a passion for continuous learning.
