SAP Project Manager – Migration Specialist

About the role

SNP is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end migration initiatives, including ECC to S/4HANA transformations. The role focuses on delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget while coordinating cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SAP migration projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, define scope, deliverables, timelines, and monitor progress.
• Assemble and manage project teams, including internal resources and external consultants.
• Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear communication and managing expectations.
• Identify risks, devise mitigation strategies, and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
• Prepare and control project budgets, ensuring cost‑effectiveness.
• Monitor quality of deliverables to meet required standards and business needs.
• Produce regular status reports covering progress, risks, and issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP Project Manager.
• Proven track record managing SAP S/4HANA and ECC migration projects.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and leadership abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC and migration methodologies.
• Familiarity with SAP tools, RISE with SAP, and related SAP modules.
• Experience with Brazilian tax localization within SAP.
