SAP Commerce Cloud Solution Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Solution Architect specialized in SAP Commerce Cloud to lead technical delivery and mentor engineering teams in building scalable, high‑quality commerce solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical solutions and design implementations within SAP Commerce Cloud.
• Deliver technical leadership and guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with other development streams to ensure cohesive, integrated solutions.
• Work with build engineers to support continuous integration and delivery processes.
• Identify and drive improvements in architecture, processes, and team performance.
• Mentor team members, monitor technical growth, and promote code quality and re‑usability.
• Manage requirements gathering and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure on‑time delivery of project milestones and deliverables.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience with J2EE, Java 8 and Spring Framework.
• Deep expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud, including workflows, tasks, jobs, and process engine.
• Experience with SAP Commerce modules such as payments, checkout, order fulfillment, search & navigation, and storefront.
• Knowledge of SAP Commerce integrations and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with code standards, code review, unit testing, release strategy, CI/CD.
• Understanding of Scrum methodology and Agile team collaboration.
• Strong communication skills for client interactions and business correspondence.
