Retail Services Architect – LATAM

About the role

The Services Architect (SA) is a key member of the Pre‑Sales organization, working closely with Services Sales Consultants and account teams to design and deliver end‑to‑end service solutions for retail customers across Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design of Break/Fix, Managed Services and multi‑vendor support models, ensuring technical feasibility, cost structure and profitability.
• Own internal approval process for service proposals and drive contract negotiation through to signature.
• Collaborate with global teams, partners and vendors to create scalable, multi‑region service delivery models.
• Prepare and present compelling proposals, presentations and documentation that articulate the value of NCR Voyix services.
• Develop and maintain reusable assets such as design templates and pre‑sales materials.

Required profile

• Experience in customer‑facing service design, pre‑sales or solution consulting roles.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting deals over $1M USD.
• Ability to analyse corporate P&L statements and financial drivers.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• ITIL principles (ITIL4 preferred).
• Break/Fix and Managed Services environments.
• Service cost modelling, pricing strategies and business case development.
• Familiarity with TOGAF and ISO/IEC 20000 frameworks.
