Sales Recovery Specialist – Pet Health (Remote)

About the role

Join Tribe Wellness Sales as a Sales Recovery Specialist focused on pet health supplements. You will reconnect with customers who abandoned their carts, guide them to the right product, and convert hesitation into completed purchases—all from the comfort of your home.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively contact customers with abandoned carts to re‑engage them.
• Explain product benefits and match supplements to each dog’s needs.
• Address objections, build trust, and close sales.
• Maintain a pipeline of high‑intent leads and turn them into repeat customers.
• Collaborate with team leaders and use training resources to improve conversion techniques.

Required profile

• Highly driven self‑starter motivated by growth and sales performance.
• Passion or background in health and wellness, especially pet health.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, starting at 8 AM CST.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable home office equipment.
