About the role

Provides first‑level technical support for RigCLOUD and connected rig‑site data systems, ensuring reliable data acquisition and application availability for customers.

Key responsibilities

Prepare, install, test, monitor and troubleshoot approved hardware, software, networking and instrumentation.
Document incidents and resolutions, and escalate complex issues to restore service safely and efficiently.

Required profile

Experience delivering first‑level technical support in an industrial or field environment.
Ability to follow documented procedures and safely handle escalation of critical issues.

Required skills

Hardware installation and troubleshooting.
Software configuration and support.
Networking fundamentals.
Instrumentation handling.
