Research and Insights Analyst for Argentina & Chile

About the role

Join SAMY as a Research & Insights Analyst, reporting to the Head of Research & Insights. You will dissect complex data sources, uncover consumer behavior insights and decode brand perceptions to drive strategic decisions for global clients across Argentina and Chile.

Key responsibilities

• Use diverse data sources—including social listening, search data, social media analytics, digital analytics and surveys—to answer client inquiries and generate actionable insights.
• Lead research projects from formulation to delivery: design surveys, collect and analyze data, visualize findings and present results to clients.
• Collaborate closely with the Data Science team to enhance AI capabilities and improve analysis techniques.
• Stay up‑to‑date on digital and social media trends to identify emerging opportunities.
• Translate complex data into clear strategic recommendations aligned with business objectives.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in advertising or market research.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, Statistics or related field.
• Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Strong presentation, communication and strategic thinking skills.
