Reporting/Data Analyst - Information Security Compliance

About the role

EY's Information Security Compliance team is looking for a Reporting/Data Analyst to analyse compliance-related information drawn from many sources, deriving patterns and trends about security control operations and effectiveness. The results guide remediation efforts and support investment decisions that reduce information risk. The team works within a global network of technologies, platforms and services.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare reports based on business and technical requirements
• Design and implement business process automations
• Identify data sources and migrate data between environments
• Maintain good relations with stakeholders and estimate the impact of proposed changes
• Work across teams to remove process obstacles and propose process improvements
• Coach others on quality reviews and on drafting complex reports
• Monitor tool effectiveness, lead documentation production and maintain technical documentation standards

Required profile

• 6 to 8 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or Data Engineering
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field
• Expert in Power BI, with strong data analysis skills and the ability to turn findings into clear, communicated insights
• Ideal candidates have security certifications (CISSP, CCSP, GIAC, CISA), familiarity with Active Directory and Azure, knowledge of ISO 27001 and GRC frameworks such as Archer, and project management knowledge

• Advanced SQL (preferably T-SQL) and ETL processes
• MS SQL Server: tables, views, stored procedures, jobs
• Data visualization with Power BI, Tableau or Spotfire
• Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Azure, Google Cloud or AWS, and SSIS packages
