Reporting Analyst, Consumer Services

About the role

Power Digital, an AI-native growth firm, is hiring a Reporting Analyst for its Consumer Services practice. The role is remote and requires advanced proficiency in spoken and written English. You will build and maintain reports that affect client business performance, run deep-dive analyses and turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated reports for eComm, B2B and B2C with performance metrics across all marketing channels
• Access and analyze data directly from marketing platforms (Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Create and update weekly, monthly and quarterly performance decks focused on data storytelling and recommendations
• Run deep-dive analyses to find optimization opportunities and answer specific business questions
• Turn complex data into clear visualizations and present findings with a focus on business outcomes
• Use Google Sheets and other tools for data manipulation, and employ AI and the Nova ecosystem to strengthen reporting

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, campaign structures and customer journey
• Experience creating performance presentations and conveying data narratives
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with attention to detail and under pressure

Required skills

• Familiarity with Meta, Google Ads and Google Analytics
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
• Data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, PowerBI or Google Data Studio
• Statistical concepts such as regression modeling and test/control analysis
