Growth Marketing Manager, B2B SaaS

About the role

Power Digital is recruiting for a Growth Marketing Manager, B2B SaaS, for a role at one of its partner companies. The position is remote and based in Argentina, and requires advanced proficiency in spoken and written English. You will own the strategy and execution behind the integrated marketing campaigns that feed the client's pipeline, building full-funnel initiatives from webinars and events to reports and eBooks, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive messaging and high-impact creative.

Key responsibilities

• Build full-funnel campaign strategies for major launches such as webinars, in-person events, eBooks and reports, defining audiences, messaging, channel mix, goals and success metrics
• Lead cross-channel execution across email, paid media, social and web, creating creative briefs and coordinating with design, copy, video, paid and email teams
• Monitor performance, optimize live campaigns (messaging, audience, UX, offers, funnel flow) and build testing plans
• Manage internal contributors and contractors, keeping projects on track and stepping in to execute when needed
• Deliver 6-8 major campaigns that generate a measurable pipeline, improve conversion rates across funnel stages, build a campaign playbook and reporting cadence, and raise the quality of thought leadership

Required profile

• 5-7 years in B2B growth, demand generation or integrated marketing; agency or professional services experience is a plus
• Demonstrated success running multi-channel, full-funnel campaigns with measurable results
• Strong communicator across creative and performance teams, with a bias toward action and proactive problem-solving
• Ability to write or refine campaign copy (emails, landing pages, ads)
