Remote Technology Contractor – Cloud & Infrastructure

About the role

Sterlington PLLC is building a pool of technology professionals to support its growing cloud, infrastructure, and digital initiatives. This independent contractor position is fully remote and offers a hands‑on opportunity within a lean, technology‑first team.

Key responsibilities

• Support and contribute to projects on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Assist in evaluating, selecting, and implementing new technology tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, operations, and firm leadership on internal initiatives and day‑to‑day operational needs.
• Produce clear documentation and keep stakeholders informed on project status.
• Help the firm adopt emerging technologies in a structured, responsible manner.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, distributed environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills, able to explain technical topics to non‑technical audiences.
• Organized and proactive, managing workload independently and keeping others informed.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies, including AI tools and practical applications.
