Remote Sales Representative – Home Health Care

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, results‑driven Sales Representative to grow a home health care business remotely. The role focuses on converting inbound leads, building referral partnerships, and maintaining a structured sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads, conduct follow‑ups, and manage prospects through the sales funnel to admission.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, physicians, senior living communities, and other referral sources.
• Build and monitor a structured sales funnel, track conversion rates, and recommend process improvements.
• Educate prospective clients and coordinate with clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth transitions from sales to service delivery.
