Remote Recruiter

About the role

Zulay Kitchen is looking for a proactive and organized remote recruiter to attract, identify and hire top talent for its growing remote team. The recruiter manages the recruitment process from start to finish, delivering a smooth hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers. The role is remote but follows a 9am-6pm EST schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process, from job postings and candidate sourcing to interviews and offers.
• Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
• Review applications, screen candidates and assess qualifications against job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and keep clear communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and match the right candidates to each role.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and give regular updates on recruiting progress.
• Help improve recruiting processes and reduce time to hire.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to manage several open positions and priorities at once.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Strong written and spoken English; experience recruiting for remote positions is a plus.
