E-Commerce Recruiter (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

HireHawk connects global talent with U.S. companies and is looking for an experienced E-commerce Recruiter to work remotely. The role covers the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer closure, and works Monday to Friday in U.S. business hours (PST preferred). Compensation is paid in USD.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing, screening and recruiting e-commerce professionals for U.S.-based companies.
• Managing the full cycle: job intake, candidate outreach, interview coordination and offer negotiation.
• Building talent pipelines with LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable and other sourcing platforms.
• Developing sourcing strategies for roles such as Digital Marketing, Performance, Operations, Product, Tech and Customer Experience.
• Running structured interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit and commercial mindset.
• Partnering with the People & Compliance team on onboarding and documentation.
• Tracking recruitment metrics and reporting on hiring progress and pipeline health.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience recruiting e-commerce or digital business roles for U.S. companies.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce positions such as E-commerce Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Performance Marketer, CRM Specialist, Marketplace Manager, UX/UI, Product or Operations.
• Ability to handle several requisitions and clients at once.
• Fluent English; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Availability to work full-time during U.S. business hours with PST overlap.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Workable preferred).
• Sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Nice to have: experience recruiting remote e-commerce talent in LATAM or the Philippines, familiarity with independent contractor hiring, and background in staffing agencies, startups or high-growth companies.
