About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Remote Project Manager to lead technology projects for global clients. You will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and guide project progress.
• Coordinate processes, maintain quality standards, and track performance.
• Manage budgets and ensure financial compliance.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Identify growth opportunities and support technology implementation initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management or a related field.
• Understanding of project management methodologies and Agile practices.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
