Remote Litigation Paralegal (Family Law)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Litigation Paralegal to support a family‑law focused firm. The role is fully remote and involves assisting attorneys throughout the discovery and litigation process for U.S. cases.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and respond to discovery requests, drafting and organizing documents.
• Support pleadings, motions, subpoenas and court filings.
• Use MyCase practice‑management software for document handling and case tracking.
• Maintain secure case files via Dropbox or similar platforms.
• Communicate with attorneys, opposing counsel, court staff and clients as needed.
• Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of litigation tasks.
• Uphold confidentiality and legal‑ethical standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a paralegal in U.S. law firms.
• Hands‑on experience with discovery and litigation workflows.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Family‑law experience is a plus.

What we offer

• Fully remote work with EST working hours (9 am‑5 pm).
• Competitive salary USD 1,200‑1,500 per month.
