Compliance Monitoring & Reporting Manager

About the role

Join PwC's Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires as a Compliance Monitoring & Reporting Manager. You will lead the development and implementation of policies that ensure regulatory compliance across a multinational professional services firm, while fostering a culture of integrity and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Understand the risk and compliance profile of the organization and use monitoring activities to confirm program effectiveness.
• Support the design and execution of data‑analytics strategies to identify potential compliance risks.
• Collaborate with compliance leaders (anti‑corruption, ethics, etc.) to gather requirements and build a cohesive monitoring framework.
• Identify and pilot innovative technologies, including Generative AI, to solve compliance monitoring challenges.
• Conduct routine transaction testing, business‑process improvement initiatives, and project‑management activities.
• Develop and maintain documentation, methodologies, and playbooks for compliance monitoring.
• Assist compliance teams with monitoring plans, reporting, result aggregation and analysis.
• Present findings to senior leaders and secure stakeholder buy‑in.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent oral and written English.

Required skills

• Python, R and SQL for data analysis.
• Data‑visualisation tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Experience with data‑storytelling and data‑validation concepts.
• Knowledge of Generative AI applications in compliance monitoring.
