About the role

As a Remote Inbound Sales Representative for the LATAM market, you will be the first voice families hear when they reach out to Meadow. You will guide them through the funeral planning process with empathy and clarity, helping them make confident decisions without any cold‑calling pressure.

Key responsibilities

• Handle warm inbound leads and support families through the sales journey.
• Explain cremation options and assist families in selecting the best solution for their needs.
• Maintain accurate follow‑up and documentation to ensure a smooth sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with the broader sales team to improve processes and customer experience.
• Potentially progress to a First Call Representative role based on performance.
