Head of Operations

About the role

Join Aleph’s fast‑growing digital advertising team as the Head of Operations. You will drive regional execution and global strategic initiatives, acting as the bridge between executive leadership and core functional areas to ensure operational excellence and scalable commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, developing business cases, validating opportunity sizing, and recommending optimal team structures and KPIs.
• Own the strategic planning process, including forecasting, annual budgeting, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead the LATAM innovation and automation agenda, ensuring solutions reduce manual effort, eliminate redundancy, and scale across markets.
• Manage the Innovation & Optimization Incubator team (6 HC), identifying inefficiencies and high‑impact automation opportunities across the sales ecosystem.
• Design, pilot, validate, and scale innovative solutions in LATAM before packaging them for global rollout.
• Assess and expand supply sources, unlocking new channels and optimizing existing business.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in operations, strategy, or business development within a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross‑functional teams and managing large‑scale projects.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
