About the role

Dinotech is looking for enthusiastic Customer Support Representatives to join its international team remotely from Argentina or North Macedonia. You will be the first point of contact for our players, delivering fast and friendly assistance through email and live‑chat channels.

Key responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email and live chat.
Use internal tools to log, track, and own customer cases.
Collaborate with other departments to escalate and solve complex queries.
Work closely with a diverse, globally‑distributed team.
