Remote Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, customer‑focused Remote Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support across multiple channels. In this full‑time remote position you will manage orders, resolve inquiries, and ensure every interaction reflects professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, help‑desk platforms, and social media promptly.
• Build and maintain positive relationships through follow‑up and personalized service.
• Investigate, resolve, and own customer issues, escalating when necessary.
• Process, update, cancel, return, exchange, and track customer orders.
• Register and manage dropship orders on portals such as Shopify, CommerceHub, SPS Commerce, DSCO, Duoplane, and Logicbroker.
• Monitor shipment schedules and communicate tracking information.
• Handle invoicing using NetSuite and other ERP systems.
• Document all interactions in the CRM and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and operations teams to ensure a seamless experience.
• Prepare weekly sales reports and support cross‑functional initiatives.

• Ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly.
• Experience managing multiple tasks across several systems simultaneously.
• Previous experience in customer service, support, or sales support.
• Confidence communicating with US‑based customers by phone.
