Customer Service Support Internship – Downstream, Midstream and Chemicals

About the role

Chevron's Global Business Services - Buenos Aires (GBS BA) is launching an internship program for students in their third year of university. Selected interns join the GBS BA DMC team, working in customer service and support roles across the Downstream, Midstream and Chemicals divisions of Chevron's integrated value chain. The internship lasts 12 months, with the possibility of a 6-month extension, and runs 20 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and process multi-channel requests by call, email and chat related to order-to-cash activities such as contracts, master data, pricing, sales orders, billing and reporting.
• Read, respond to and manage correspondence received by phone, web-to-case, mobile app and email covering inquiries, issues and customer experiences.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve issues on pricing, inventory, credit, marketing, quality and supply.
• Learn and apply digital tools such as PowerApps, dashboards and data analytics to improve decision-making.

Required profile

• Student in their 3rd year of university.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• 20 hours per week commitment.
