Remote Customer Service Representative (Argentina)

About the role

Influx is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to work remotely from Argentina. The role involves providing high‑quality support across chat, email and phone channels for international clients, ensuring a positive experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, calls and other platforms, addressing issues such as refunds, reshipments and account updates.
• Maintain empathy, clear communication and effective problem‑solving to deliver exceptional service.
• Achieve productivity, quality, SLA and KPI targets consistently.
• Follow assigned schedules, attendance policies and operational guidelines.
• Report any technical, personal or health issues that may affect performance.
• Stay informed on client products, services, policies and procedures.
• Participate in training, coaching and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Document cases and interactions accurately in internal systems.
• Support special projects and cross‑functional initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (B2+ spoken and written).
• High school diploma or technical degree.
• Previous experience in customer service, BPO or call‑center environments (preferred).
• Strong results orientation, accountability and time‑management skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a continuous‑learning attitude.
• High integrity, responsibility and analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Meet, Calendar).
