Remote Automation Engineer

About the role

Huzzle is seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to join a fast‑growing, fully remote team. You will design, develop, and optimise automated workflows that streamline business processes and boost productivity for a client operating in the SaaS and digital transformation space.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated workflows and integration systems.
• Analyse existing processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Develop integrations between CRMs, applications, and internal tools using platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n or Power Automate.
• Create custom scripts and API/webhook connections to extend functionality.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, support, and engineering teams to improve efficiency.
• Troubleshoot automation failures and monitor system performance.
• Document workflows, configurations, and best practices.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of automation solutions.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in automation engineering, workflow automation, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a remote environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
