Remote Accountant – AR & Collections (Argentina)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Accountant focused on Accounts Receivable and Collections to join a fast‑growing US disaster‑recovery company. The position is based in Argentina and works closely with finance teams in Bosnia and Nashville.

Key responsibilities

• Own the AR aging report, monitor balances and prioritize follow‑up to reduce aged receivables.
• Process high‑volume invoices, perform data entry, cash application and reconcile accounts daily.
• Conduct collections calls and correspondence with US customers and insurance carriers.
• Chase documentation, handle deductibles and insurance claim payments.
• Collaborate with the AP team and support month‑end close activities.

Required profile

• Based in Argentina and able to work remotely.
• Experience in accounts receivable, collections or related finance functions.
• Comfortable handling large volumes of transactions with high accuracy.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with US clients and insurers.
