Relationship Management Process Architect

About the role

Accenture is seeking a strategic Process Architect to shape Relationship Management capabilities across its Sales Excellence Center. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating needs into scalable solutions that drive adoption and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design and operationalize end‑to‑end practitioner workflows, ensuring tools like Salesforce and emerging AI capabilities are intuitive and integrated.
• Partner with Account Teams, Sales Excellence, and Relationship Management leaders to gather requirements, develop business cases, and create adoption strategies.
• Lead the creation of dashboards, insights, and measurement frameworks to support data‑driven decision making.
• Facilitate training, workshops, and enablement activities to maximize user value from new tools and processes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for technology, data, and innovation.
• Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Proven track record in operational program management within fast‑moving, agile environments.
