Regulatory Compliance Manager – Data Protection & AI

About the role

Revolut’s Compliance team is seeking an innovative Regulatory Compliance Manager to join the second line of defence, focusing on data protection and AI. You will design, lead and improve oversight and compliance across our fast‑moving digital finance products.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update data protection policies and ensure their application across operations and product lines.
• Oversee identification and resolution of data protection risks, providing advisory support to business and first‑line functions.
• Develop and deliver data protection training and awareness programmes for employees.
• Monitor, report and escalate risk trends through dashboards and governance committees to inform senior management.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in data protection within a complex financial organisation.
• Strong understanding of data protection frameworks, regulatory recommendations and global requirements.
• Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate, negotiate and communicate effectively.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of GDPR and central bank regulations (nice to have).
• Familiarity with industry‑wide data protection practices and trends.
