About the role

The Regional Medical Affairs Operations Intern will support the Medical Operations area by planning, managing administrative tasks and developing digital tools to improve internal processes, resource optimisation and compliance with regional guidelines.

Key responsibilities

Assist Therapeutic Area Managers with event planning and define event processes.
Register and update supplier information, draft contracts and track payments.
Maintain the quarterly fee calculator and support monthly budget tracking.
Create and maintain the Medical Affairs South America SharePoint page and PowerApps tools.
Document processes and responsibilities through detailed guides and automate workflows.

Required profile

Advanced undergraduate or engineering student.
Intermediate English proficiency (desirable).
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office 365 (desirable).
Familiarity with platform development (desirable).
