Recruiting Operations Specialist

About the role

CookUnity is looking for a Recruiting Operations Specialist to own day‑to‑day hiring workflows, from interview scheduling to recruiting data management. You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers and People Operations to ensure smooth, efficient hiring across regions.

Key responsibilities

• Own interview scheduling and logistics across departments and time zones, including executive interviews and candidate communication.
• Manage reference‑check workflow, from outreach to documentation of feedback.
• Administer recruiting processes such as requisition setup, job postings, offer documentation and handoffs to People Operations.
• Maintain Greenhouse ATS configuration, interview plans, scorecards, templates and troubleshoot issues.
• Conduct regular data audits, ensure data quality and generate pipeline and CRM reports.
• Identify bottlenecks, recommend improvements and implement automation or AI‑assisted workflows.
• Create documentation and training materials to standardize processes.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in recruiting operations or coordination in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex interview schedules across multiple time zones.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and independent problem‑solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Greenhouse ATS (strongly preferred).
• Advanced spreadsheet and reporting skills (Google Sheets, data analysis).
• Familiarity with recruiting CRMs such as Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, Canditech.
• Experience with no‑code automation tools and AI‑assisted workflow design.
